ABOUT ME
I'm an energetic instructional design and talent development professional with 9 years of diverse and unique experience. I've managed a global Learning Experience Design team, thrive on developing others, and am passionate about designing and developing data-driven, engaging training solutions.
I have experience designing training programs from the ground up, including instructor-led training, animated microlearning, eLearning, and simulation-based systems training. I have a strong background in creatively and collaboratively defining performance gaps and recommending appropriate training interventions.
